Headquartered in Needham, MA, Vi3 offers a patented technology platform that delivers comprehensive, authenticated tracking of branded products — with global, pinpoint accuracy. Vi3 has scaled to billions of products tagged worldwide, and tracks every single product from the factory to the retail floor and into the hands of consumers. Vi3’s data analytics platform helps brands identify counterfeit and grey market product issues, provides unparalleled supply chain visibility, and facilitates direct-to-consumer engagement.
Striker Partners, in partnership with the founders, completed an equity investment in FleetLogix in November 2016 in order to help management pursue rapid growth and capitalize on a number of strategic opportunities. FleetLogix is the industry leader in providing managed labor and logistics solutions to rental car companies nationwide. The company is headquartered in San Diego, CA.
Striker Partners, in partnership with the founders, completed an equity investment in Data Driven Safety in September 2015, in order to better position the business for continued growth. Headquartered in Davidson, NC, the team at Data Driven Safety are experts in collecting, aggregating, managing and ethically deploying public record data. By transforming difficult-to-obtain streams of judicial and law enforcement data into a reliable river of information, Data Driven Safety provides valuable data and services to the driver monitoring, risk management, and medical revenue recovery sectors.
In January 2018, Striker Partners sponsored the combination of its existing portfolio companies, Professional Credential Services, Inc. and Drohan Management Group, with Virtual, Inc. The combined business, Virtual, provides professional services to technology and standards-setting organizations, business and trade associations, scientific professional societies, state governments, and professional licensing associations. Virtual has offices in Wakefield, MA, Reston, VA, and Nashville, TN.

Established with the mission to advance the game of soccer in America, For Soccer Ventures is the managing organization of a growing portfolio of soccer-focused businesses, properties, and investments. For Soccer Ventures manages investments in companies throughout the soccer industry, sports marketing, and creative services, as well as overseeing a significant investment position in MLS franchise Philadelphia Union.
Since 2011, Striker has managed, on behalf of various Graham family affiliates, a significant ownership position in the Major League Soccer franchise Philadelphia Union. In addition to providing direct financial support to the club, Striker and YSC Sports provide strategic and operational support to the Union Youth Development Program, which operates a nationally recognized, elite youth soccer academy (for boys aged 8-18).
Founded in 2013, YSC Academy is a first of its kind soccer-specific high school providing a rigorous secondary education to student-athletes in grades 8-12. YSC Academy is an affiliate partner of Major League Soccer’s Philadelphia Union and provides elite youth academy soccer players an opportunity to pursue their education while competing and training at the top level of the sport.
Founded in 2008, YSC is a 120,000 square foot, for profit, soccer-focused sports facility located in Wayne, PA with indoor and outdoor state of the art synthetic soccer fields. YSC offers soccer programs for youth and adults including league play, field rental, clinics, tournaments, and soccer education programs.
Atlantic Premier Leagues (APL) brings together the most competitive soccer teams from New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Maryland. Designed for the best clubs in the region — it offers organized match-play on the best fields available — all at a low cost.
APL Tournaments professionally manage youth soccer events to create a competitive and enjoyable environment at world-class venues.
Maestroe Sports & Entertainment provides expertise in sponsorship, activation, sports property development and digital executions covering sports, brands, performing arts, and municipal programs with deep relationships and capabilities both domestically and internationally.
Knowles Athletic offers a concierge-based program for athletes and teams at the professional, world-class, and elite levels of sport. Bill Knowles developed his world-renown reputation through an innovative and successful reconditioning approach, and athletic development model with many of the most talented athletes and teams across the globe. This approach has effectively pushed the boundaries of sports medicine and are proven to reduce injury and enhance career sustainability.
Striker Partners, in partnership with the founder, completed an investment in Little Spurs in April 2014. Headquartered in San Antonio, TX, Little Spurs operates multiple urgent care clinics for children in the San Antonio, Houston, and Austin metro-areas. The founder of Little Spurs partnered with Striker in order to execute a growth plan involving the roll-out of several new clinics and an investment in business infrastructure.
Striker Partners, in partnership with the founder, completed an investment in Surgent McCoy in November 2009. Surgent McCoy CPE is a leading provider of professional education and specialized career training services. Within the accounting, taxation, and estate and retirement planning specialties, the Company's core areas of focus historically, Surgent McCoy is recognized as one of the largest and most respected for-profit providers of qualifying and continuing professional education and career training services in the United States, offering a broad portfolio of courses and several professional designations.
Surgent McCoy was sold in 2013 to Spire Capital, a private equity firm that provides capital to the Business Services, Information Services, Education, Media and Communications industries.
Striker, in partnership with the founders and existing management teams, formed Touchstone through an equity recapitalization of Eastern Wireless, Inc. and Image 1 Wireless, Inc. in August 2004 and August 2005, respectively. The recapitalizations were designed to create liquidity for the founders, better position the combined businesses for accelerated growth, and to capitalize on strategic opportunities. Working from four U.S. locations, Touchstone provides reverse logistics, repair and asset management services for wireless handsets. Touchstone's technical certifications and focus on the highest quality and most efficient service have allowed it to develop a strong and growing base of national and international customers, including some of the largest wireless service providers and electronic equipment insurance firms.
Touchstone was sold in 2010 to Brightpoint, Inc., a global leader in the distribution of wireless devices and the provisioning of customized logistic services to the wireless industry.
Striker Partners, in partnership with an experienced professional and educational testing industry management team, acquired LaserGrade Computer Testing in August 2004. LaserGrade provides computerized occupational and professional licensure and certification testing via its own delivery software, and that of its IT marketing partners, through a network of over 1,000 third-party test sites nationwide.
LaserGrade was sold in 2007 to PSI Services, a market leader in licensure testing, certification services and aptitude evaluation for private and public sector employers.
Striker co-invested in the growth financing of Larex, Inc. in November of 2000. Larex is the world's leading supplier of a natural compound called Arabinoglactan (“AG”). AG is a colorless, odorless, and tasteless prebiotic fiber and immune enhancing ingredient extracted from the Larch tree and used in the dietary supplement, food & beverage, personal care, and animal health markets. Larex's customer base includes, among others, Pepsi Co., Kraft, Odwalla, Natrol, EAS, Bristol-Myers Squibb Co., and Elizabeth Arden.
Larex was acquired in 2006 by Lonza, a multi-billion dollar European food ingredient company.
Striker, along with General Mills, acquired Nurture in January of 2002. Nurture is an innovator in natural, bio-active ingredient technologies from oats for use in nutraceutical and cosmeceutical market applications. Nurture manufactures and sells a proprietary family of all natural, oat based ingredients with value-added properties for a broad spectrum of applications, including pharmaceutical, nutritional, and personal care, with associated uses in agrochemical and industrial market segments. Nurture's lead product, OatVantage™, which naturally lowers cholesterol, and carries with it the FDA's heart healthy claim, has been formulated into numerous dietary supplement and functional food applications.
Nurture was acquired in 2006 by Corn Products, Inc., a multi-billion dollar North American food company.
