Graham Partners is a privately held investment firm, based in suburban Philadelphia, which focuses on acquiring and investing in middle-market industrial companies with exceptional growth potential. Since the firm's founding in 1988, Graham Partners has closed over sixty acquisitions, joint ventures, financings and divestitures and has had first-hand involvement in the operations of companies in many manufacturing sectors. Today, Graham Partners manages over $1.5 billion in equity capital under five private equity funds. Our staff of 39 includes 22 investment professionals and 17 accounting and administrative professionals with active involvement of more than 25 Operating Executives.
